NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA013526XXXAMB (AO) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Fairmont Place Homeowners' Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Marlene A. Shipps is Defendant, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 27th day of July, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, Block 3, of EQUESTRIAN PLAT II, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page(s) 137 through 141, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
