Ellis, Substitute Trustee for Gateway Financial Services, Inc., secured by a Deed of Trust of record in ORBV 2030, Page 867, Register's Office for Montgomery County, Tennessee, is in default. Pursuant to the authority of said Deed of Trust, the following described realty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 26th day of March, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., prevailing time at the Montgomery County Courthouse, One Millennium Plaza, Clarksville, Tennessee 37040.
