Notice of Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home and Misc. Personal Property One (1) 1975 "GENTRY" manufactured dwelling, Serial No. N5174S5723, Lane County Property Tax Acct. No. 4079768, has been abandoned by The Estate of Calvin Clarke and The Estate of Marie E. Walsh. The home shall be sold AS IS along with miscellaneous abandoned personal property. High bidder must dispose of all abandoned personal property at high bidder's expense. The home is located at 1475 Green Acres Road, Space No. 171, Eugene, OR 97408. Sale shall be by private bidding with sealed bids. The minimum bid is $5,667.00.
