TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Owen County, Indiana, in Cause No. 60C02-2509-MF-000606 wherein Owen County State Bank was Plaintiff, and The Estate of Josandra Barger was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Owen County, Indiana.
Lot Number Thirty-seven (37) in Amazon Shores First Addition, being a part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 28 and part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 27, all in Township 11 North, Range 3 West as per plat thereof recorded and appearing in Plat Book 2 at page A-1 in the Office of the Owen County Recorder.
Commonly known as 1261 Lakeside Dr., Spencer, IN
Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
"Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause No. 60C02-2409-MF-000606 in the Circuit Court of the County of Owen County, Indiana."
