Unit 3160-A in the Courts of Justin, a Condominium created by a "Declaration of Condominium" recorded on March 15, 1972, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Outagamie County, Wisconsin, Volume 882 of Records, Page 447 as Document No. 653161, and any amendments and/or corrections thereto, and by its Condominium Plat and any amendments and/or corrections thereto. Said land being in the Town of Grand Chute, County of Outagamie, Wisconsin.
