TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C06-2507-CC-001965 wherein Owen County State Bank was Plaintiff, and Dental Care Action, Inc. was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on July 17, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
Unit "D" of Medical Offices of Bloomington, a horizontal property regime, created by Declaration recorded January 11, 1988, in Miscellaneous Record 182, page 25-70, in the office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana (the "Declaration"); together with an undivided percentage interest in the amount of 9.33% in the Common Areas and Facilities (as defined in the Declaration) of the condominium regime as set forth in the Declaration, and any amendments or additions thereto, and also as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Horizontal Plat Book 3, pages 141-142, in the office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana
AND ALSO : Unit "E" of Medical Offices of Bloomington, a horizontal property regime, created by Declaration recorded January 11, 1988, in Miscellaneous Record I82, page 25-70, in the office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana (the "Declaration"); together with an undivided percentage interest in the amount of 9.32% in the Common Areas and Facilities (as defined in the Declaration) of the condominium regime as set forth in the Declaration, and any amendments or additions thereto, and also as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Horizontal Plat Book 3, pages 141-142, in the office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana.
Commonly known as 648 S. Walker St. Bloomington IN 47403, together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause No. 53C06-507-CC-001965 in the Circuit Court of the County of Monroe County, Indiana.
