Notice of Site Remediation Former Industrial Manufacturing Facility 39 Wauregan Road Danielson, CT Notice is hereby given that Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. (GES), is planning to conduct environmental remediation pursuant to Section 22a-133x of the Connecticut General Statutes at 39 Wauregan Road, Danielson, Connecticut, on behalf of Hutchinson Precision Sealing Systems, Inc. Remedial action, including excavation of petroleum impacted soils associated with former industrial uses of the property, will be conducted under the supervision of Timothy S. Burke, Licensed Environmental Professional. The work is planned to take place in August 2026. Use of a residential use prohibition, an inaccessible soil variance, and/or a public roadways variance are anticipated.
