Gregory and Josephine Brown Gregory, executed a Deed of Trust to Melanie Beth Thigpen, Trustee, for the benefit of Charles Rabinowitz, Michael Rabinowitz and Jay Rabinowitz, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Hinds, Second District State of Mississippi; and WHEREAS, Melanie Beth Thigpen., has heretofore substituted Charles Rabinowitz as Trustee by instrument dated October 8th, 2010, and filed for record October 27, 2010, Book: 7110; Page: 9605 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi, Second District; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said deed of trust, which default continues, and Charles Rabinowitz, as the legal holder of the Note secured by said deed of trust, has requested the undersigned to sell the property described hereinafter for the purpose of satisfying the indebtedness and costs of sale.
