Notice of Unsupervised Administration in the Owen Circuit Court of Owen County, Indiana NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That Annie Marie Koeum was on the 12th day of December, 2025, appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Tracy Lynn Stanfield, deceased, who died on the 29th day of November 2025, and is now serving as Personal Representative of the decedent's estate and is authorized to proceed under the Indiana Probate Code governing unsupervised administration. All persons having claims against said estate whether, or not now due must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent's death, whichever is earlier, or said claims will be forever barred.
