Notice of Vacant Seat for Cleveland County Water Board of Commissioners Cleveland County Water (CCW) is a Sanitary District and unit of local government located in Cleveland County, NC with an elected body of 7 members serving staggered 4-year terms. The Cleveland County Board of Elections has recently declared a vacant seat of the Water Board in accordance with NC election law. The vacancy will be filled in accordance with NCGS 130A-54. The public should take notice that the CCW Board of Commissioners will accept sealed letters of interest from all qualified persons beginning December 12, 2025 through January 9, 2026.
