Notice of Variance Application
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Joseph and Stacey Slowinski, the undersigned, have appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Tinton Falls for a "C" variance approval.
The applicant does hereby propose to demolish the existing barn and construct a new 20'x30' barn in its place. The applicants plan to replicate the existing historic barn as closely as possible, reusing salvaged materials cosmetically in the new structure. The blacksmith's forge inside the barn will be protected and preserved.
This is contrary to Sections 40-33:B.2, B.5, B.6, and B.7 of the Borough's Land Use Ordinance. The applicants in addition request approval for any and all other variances that may be deemed necessary on the premises located at 755 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls, also known as Block 66, lots 10&11 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Tinton Falls.
Any person or persons affected by this application may have an opportunity to be heard at the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to be held on Thursday evening April 23, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Municipal Building located at 556 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724.
A copy of the application has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Municipal Building located at 556 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724.
