Notice of Variance Application Please take notice that Matthew & Amanda Eichen, has/have appealed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Tinton Falls for a "C" or "D" variance approval. The applicant does hereby propose to request the Board's approval to extend the allowable lot coverage from 28% to 30.1% by way of pavers installed in the backyard which is contrary to Section 40:26G of the Borough's Land Use Ordinance, and, in addition, requests approval for any and all other variances that may be deemed necessary on the presmises located at 155 Cloverdale Circle, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724 also known as Block 48.06, Lot 9 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Tinton Falls. Any person or persons affected by this application may have an opportuinto t be heard at the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to be hold on Thursday evening, June 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal BUuilding located at 556 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724. A copy of the application has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 556 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724.
