Notice of Variance Application at Oceanport Planning Board Meeting
Take notice that on Oct 28, 2026, at 7 PM Robert and Alyssa Stutz will be going before the Oceanport Planning board to make a request for any and all variances the board deems necessary for the property at Block 31, Lot 8, also known as 42 Burntmill Circle, Oceanport, NJ 07757. The variance request is for approving impervious coverage of 37.5% where the limit for the lot size is set at 32%. The increase in impervious coverage will be due to the new installation of an inground pool, paver patio, and outdoor kitchen. The variance application will also request relief of an existing shed that has a current rear and side yard set back of 0 feet and 0.3 feet, respectively. The requirements are 10 and 15 feet for rear and side yard setbacks, respectively.
