Notice of Variance Application to Spotswood Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That an application has been made to the Planning Board of the Borough of Spotswood on behalf of Larissa Spinelli neè Fesio affecting premises known as 300 Manhattan Avenue, Spotswood, NJ 08884 in Block No. 80, Lot No. 6 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Spotswood, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey. The purpose of the application is to request: (i) a setback of five (5) feet for a semi-above ground pool, where ten (10) feet is required by the Municipal Land Use Ordinance; and (ii) a setback of three (3) feet for surrounding hardscape of the pool, where five (5) feet is required by the Municipal Land Use Ordinance.
