Lot is 5000 sq ft where 6400 sq ft is required. Proposed new entry way walkway will increase the impervious coverage from 40.4% to 43.7% where 35% is permitted as per borough Ordinance 125-12 schedule of area yard and building requirements on the premises located at 0-57 Bellair Ave, FairLawn NJ 07410 and designated as Block 6504 Lot 20-21 on the Borough of Fair Lawns Tax Map.
