This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated April 26, 2023, and made by Gesly Torres, as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as nominee for Logan Finance Corporation, which mortgage was recorded on May 23, 2023 in Bergen County, in Book 4999 of Mortgages for said County on Page 1660 et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 33 Elycroft Parkway, Rutherford, NJ 07070, and also known as Lot 11.02 in Block 164.
