Notice of intent to apply for Mixed Beverage Liquor License. NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR LIQUOR LICENSE Notice is hereby given that the undersigned intends to apply to the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission for a Mixed Beverage license at POSTOAK Lodge and Retreat located at 5323 West 31st Street North, Tulsa, OK in Osage County. The business will be operated by Post Oak Lodge of Oklahoma, LLC, DBA POSTOAK Lodge and Retreat. The application will be made to the ABLE Commission of Oklahoma, in accordance with provisions of Title 37A of the Oklahoma Statutes. Any person, association, corporation, or entity objecting to the granting of this application may file their objection with the ABLE Commission in writing within thirty (30) days of this notice.
