Notice that the Assessment Roll is open for Examination and Open Book

Notice that the Assessment Roll is open for Examination and Open Book City of Algoma, Kewaunee County Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats. the assessment roll for the Year 2025 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 21st day of July, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. The assessment roll will then be available for viewing at City Hall (416 Fremont St., Algoma, WI) from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Additionally, the assessor shall be available on the 21st day of July, 2026 at Algoma City Hall, 416 Fremont Street, Algoma, WI from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for in person appointments. The assessor will also have an over the phone open book on July 23rd, 2026 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under s. 70.47, Wis. Stats. Notice is hereby given this 1st day of July, 2026.
