Jones, as Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") as nominee for Americap Financial Inc., which mortgage was recorded on May 30, 2007 in Camden County, in Book 8565 of Mortgages for said County on Page 0481 et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 1 Victoria Manor Court, Township of Winslow, NJ 08081, and also known as Lot 76 in Block 11301.
