You, Nicholas Luongo, are named a party defendant herein because you are one of the owners of the subject premises under foreclosure. Nicholas Luongo died on September 14, 2003. As a precaution and in case there are additional heirs at law, Plaintiff joined to its action, Nicholas Luongo, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives and his, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest for any they may have in the subject premises under foreclosure. You, Emily Kosonen, are named a party defendant herein because you are one of the owners of the subject premises under foreclosure. Emily Kosonen died on March 3, 2008.
