This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Certificate of Tax Sale #23-00217, dated June 28, 2023, made by Richard Lorentzen, Collector of Taxes of the Township of Woodbridge, State of New Jersey to Lillian Yanhui Zhang and recorded in the Middlesex County Clerk's office on August 22, 2023 in Book 19281 of Mortgages at Page 921; to recover possession of and concerning real estate located at 30 Pine Tree Drive, Tax Lot 73.01, Block 462.03, Woodbridge, New Jersey. You, James S. Gyorfi Jr., are named a party defendant herein because you are the owner of the subject premises under foreclosure. James S. Gyorfi Jr. died on July 16, 2024. As a precaution and in case there are additional heirs at law, Plaintiff joins to its action, James S. Gyorfi Jr., his heirs, devisees and personal representatives and his, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest for any interest they may have in the subject premises under foreclosure.
