When the Final Judgment is entered, that will terminate any and all rights to the property of any of the owners. Wallender, Collector of Taxes of the Township of Greenwich, County of Cumberland, and State of New Jersey, to Yoel Zuman and covers real estate located at 688 Springtown Road in the Township of Greenwich, County of Cumberland and State of New Jersey, known as Lot 29, Block 5, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the Township of Greenwich. Said tax sale certificate was recorded in the Clerk's Office of Cumberland County on August 11, 2021, in book 04213, page 7096, as instrument #628583.
