STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO: You, JOSEPH COLABROY, deceased her unknown heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; JOHN COLABROY and JOYCE NEWMAN
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon DEMBO, BROWN & BURNS LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 1300 Route 73, Suite 205, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey 08054, an answer to the complaint (and Amendment to Complaint, if any), filed in a civil action, in which Beltway Capital, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and Joseph Colabroy, deceased, his unknown heirs, devisees and personal representatives, etc., John Colabroy; Joyce Newman, et als, are the Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Ocean County, and bearing Docket No. F-4612-26 within thirty-five (35) days after April 29, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint (and Amendment to Complaint, if any). You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, R.J. Hughes Justice Complex, CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil practice and procedure.
You are further advised that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may call the Legal Services office in the county where you live. This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage and recovering possession of the lands and premises described in a mortgage dated December 21, 2010, made by Marilyn Colabroy and Joseph Colabroy (both now deceased) as mortgagor, to Genworth Financial Home Equity Access, Inc., recorded with the Clerk of Ocean County on January 13, 2011 in Book 14797 at Page 216, as Instrument No. 2011004359, which mortgage was assigned to MetLife Homes Loans, a Division of MetLife Bank NA dated December 29, 2010 and recorded on December 2, 2011 in Book 15309 at Page856, then assigned to Champion Mortgage Company by Assignment dated August 16, 2012 and recorded on September 12, 2012 in Book 15309 at Page 216 then assigned to Secretary of Housing and Urban Development by Assignment dated December 21, 2018 and recorded on December 24, 2018 in Book 17338 at Page 1548 and lastly assigned to Beltway Capital, LLC by assignment dated February 10, 2026 and recorded on April 14, 2026 in Book 20341 at Page 515, as Instrument No. 2026028559 and (2) covers real estate located at 23 Pine Brook Drive, Toms River, New Jersey; Tax Lot 1; Block 442.06;
You, Joseph Colabroy deceased her unknown heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; John Colabroy and Joyce Newman, are made party defendants herein as the unknown and known heirs of Joseph Colabroy, who died intestate on or about June 12, 2024 and to foreclose any interest that you may have acquired in the mortgaged premises referenced herein, which interests are subject to Plaintiff's mortgage.
