Remshifski, widow, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest, et al. are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after June 10, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The names and telephone numbers of such agencies are as follows: Lawyer Referral Service: (973) 267-6089 Legal Service: (973) 285-6911 THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing Tax Sale Certificate #22-00036 dated October 28, 2022 made by Kathleen Hammond, Collector of Taxes of the Township of Jefferson, County of Morris, and State of New Jersey, to Green Knight Capital LLC and covers real estate located at 144 Weldon Road in the Township of Jefferson [mailing address: Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey 07849], County of Morris and State of New Jersey, known as Lot 14, Block 306, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the Township of Jefferson. Said tax sale certificate was recorded in the Clerk's Office of Morris County on January 9, 2023, in OR book 24551, page 1876, as file #2023000796. YOU, EDNA L. REMSHIFSKI, are made a defendant in the above entitled action because you are the record owner of the property being foreclosed. YOU, HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF EDNA L. REMSHIFSKI, AND THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, AND EACH of you are made defendants in the above entitled action because Edna L. Remshifski died May 16, 2022, a resident of Morris County. There is no estate on file for her in that County. No obituary has been found. Inasmuch as no filed estate has been found for Edna L. Remshifski, widow, the surviving record owner of the property being foreclosed, plaintiff joined her, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest. YOU, UNKNOWN OWNERS/UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS, THEIR HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, AND EACH of you are made defendants in the above entitled action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, courtesy, mortgage, deed, or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
