Notice to All Creditors The Settlor, Walter Golembiewski, died September 15, 2025. There is no personal representative of the Settlor's estate to whom letters of administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Walter Golembiewski Trust No. 1 dated October 4, 2007, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Cynthia Bobcean or William Golembiewski, successor co-Trustees, within four months after the date of publication.
