Notice to Bidders NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS BY THE NEWBURGH CHANDLER PUBLIC LIBRARY, WARRICK COUNTY, INDIANA, CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN LONG-TERM CAPITAL MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS The Board of Trustees of the Newburgh Chandler Public Library, Warrick County, Indiana (the "Library") is requesting Bids for the construction of certain long-term capital maintenance and/or improvement projects at one or more of the existing facilities operated by the Library, including, without limitation: (i) with respect to the existing Bell Road Branch Library, (A) Chiller and Air ahandler Replacement, (B) Lighting upgrades, (C) Interior refinishing, and (D) Removal of the board walk, drainage retainage pond regrading, and a new patio terrace (collectively, the "Bell Road Library Project"); (ii) with respect to the existing Newburgh Branch Library downtown, (A) complete interior renovation, (collectively, the "Newburgh Library Project"). The Projects are tax-exempt, and the Library's Identification Number will be given to the successful bidder(s). Bidders may submit their bid for the Bell Road Library Project individually and the Newburgh Library Project individually, via a sealed envelope, with such bid being received no later than 3:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, October 31, 2025. Bids submitted in a sealed envelope shall be delivered to 4111 Lakeshore Drive, Newburgh, Indiana 47630. For the Newburgh Library Project (downtown), a mandatory pre-bid conference will begin at 9:30 a.m. and be held until 11:30 a.m., local time, on October 13, 2025, at the Newburgh Branch Library (downtown), located at 30 W Water St., Newburgh, IN 47630. For the Bell Road Library Project, a mandatory pre-bid conference will begin at 1:30 p.m. and be held until 3:30 p.m., local time, on October 13, 2025, at the Bell Road Branch Library, located at 4111 Lakeshore Drive, Newburgh, Indiana 47630.
