Notice to Bidders NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners of Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of New Jersey relative to bid entitled Operating Lease for Ambulances, Project #EMS 2025-002. Said bids shall be called for and shall be received, opened and read in public at the Cherry Hill Fire Department Headquarters Building at 1100 Marlkress Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 on October 28, 2025 at 10:00 am prevailing time. Said Bids shall be hand-delivered at the time and place stated for receipt of said bids or mailed prior thereto. No bid shall be delivered or accepted after the date and hour as designated herein and the risk of timely receipt of mailed bids is on the bidder. The appropriate documentation relative to the aforementioned project may be obtained, upon appropriate notice by prospective bidders, during regular business hours from Cherry Hill Fire District #13, 1100 Marlkress Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003, (856) 795-9805, beginning October 17, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily, Monday-Friday. An electronic copy of the bid specifications, proposal and other appropriate bid documentation can be requested via e-mail sent to pboyle@chfd.org. Requests must contain bidder's name, address, phone, fax numbers and the name/e-mail address of a contact person. Question are to be submitted by email to pboyle@chfd.org no later than October 22, 2025 at 12:00PM. Respondents will be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Commissioners of the Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of NJ reserve the right to reject any and all bids and further reserve the right to waive any insubstantial irregularities in any bid.
