Notice to Bidders Notice to Bidders/Legal Notice is hereby given that sealed bids must be received by 188 West High Somerville LLC no later than Friday, December 12th, 2025 at 10:30 am (prevailing time) (hereinafter "Bid Opening") for the renovation of 188 W High St, Somerville, NJ as a single family dwelling, at the following location: 148 E 5th St, Bldg. 7A, Bayonne, NJ 07002. No bid shall be accepted after the time designated above. Proposals, plans, and specifications may be requested by email. This project is partially funded with a grant from HUD and is subject to the provisions of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. The purpose of Section 3 is to ensure that economic opportunities, most importantly employment, generated by certain HUD financial assistance shall be directed to low- and very low-income persons, particularly those who are recipients of government assistance for housing or residents of the community in which the Federal assistance is spent. If you are awarded this contract, you will be required to make and document best efforts to include Section 3 businesses in any subcontracting opportunities that are created. If this project requires you to hire additional workers, you will have to make and document your best effort to provide employment and training opportunities to Section 3 workers.
