Notice to Bidders Randall County (www.randallcounty.gov) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the construction of paving and drainage facilitites for 77th Avenue entitled: PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS SW 77TH AVENUE FROM SONCY ROAD TO COULTER STREET Proposals shall be received at the Randall County Finance Center, Attn: Ricky Garcia, Purchasing Agent, 501 16th Street, Suite 300, Canyon, TX 79015 until 3:00 PM on January 20, 2026. Interested parties are expected to inspect the site of the work and inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Contract documents are on file and may be examined in the office of the Randall County Finance Center, 501 16th Street, Suite 300, Canyon, TX 79015, phone (806) 468-5546 and the offices of Hi-Plains Civil Engineers, Consutling Engineers, 4537 Canyon Drive, Amarillo, TX 79110, phone (806) 373-7233. A 5% bid bond must accompany proposal submittal. A Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of total project will be submitted by awarded vendor within 10 days after award of proposal by Randall County Commissioner's Court. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the most responsive proposal to Randall County based on the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal.
