Notice to Bidders NOTICE St. Joseph County, Indiana is soliciting "Letters of Interest" from consulting engineers interested in performing the stated services on the following Federal Aid Project: Due February 10, 2026 Construction Engineering for the Douglas Rd/Bittersweet Rd Roundabout Project in St. Joseph County, IN, Des. No. 2100024 For more information and the specific "Request for Proposals", interested consultants may visit the Indiana Department of Transportation's (INDOT) web-site under the currently advertised LPA proposals at the following address: https://www.in.gov/indot/doing-business-with-indot/request-for-proposals/lpa-local-public-agency-rfps-request-for-proposals-current-advertisements/ or contact the St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure, Planning & Growth at (574) 235-7800. The contracts for the services will be subject to approval by INDOT and the Federal Highway Administration, and all the work is to be done in accordance with INDOT current specifications and standards. Any consultant submitting proposals for the above projects shall submit a proposal for the services indicated in the "Request for Proposals" to: St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners, County-City Building, Room 722, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
