Notice to Bidders

Notice to Bidders Notice is hereby given that sealed bids are sought, according to specifications of a contract to be let by the Henrietta Fire District, Henrietta, New York, hereinafter referred to as "District" for the removal and replacement of a new boiler and tankless water heater system at the Henrietta Fire District facility located at 60 Erie Station Road, West Henrietta, New York 14586. That sealed proposals will be received on behalf of the District by its Secretary, Barbara Schaeffer, at Station #4, 850 Bailey Road, West Henrietta, New York 14586, on or before March 9, 2026 at 12:00 pm and said bids will be publicly opened at 1:00 pm on that date in the Commissioner's Board Room at Henrietta Fire Station #4, 850 Bailey Road, West Henrietta, New York 14586. Bids must be in writing and in accordance with forms furnished by said Secretary.The forms, instructions to bidders, and a copy of the specifications may be obtained from the District at the above address on or after February 26, 2026. Proposals shall be made and received upon the following terms and conditions: 1. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. 2. All bids shall be for the total contract, and no partial bids will be accepted. Alternates to specifications allowed if so stated in bid. 3. The District will have up to 30 days to accept the bid. 4. Upon acceptance of the bid, the successful bidder shall execute a contract acceptable in form and substance to the District in accordance with its bid.
