Notice to Bidders NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Cottonwood Union School District ("District") will receive sealed bids for the North Cottonwood Fencing Project, located at North Cottonwood Elementary School, 19920 Gas Point Rd. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk pursuant to Public Contract Code section 6610 will be held on May 13 at 2:00 PM at the project site. Failure of a bidder's employee to attend shall render the bid non-responsive.Sealed bids will be received at the District Office, Cottonwood Union School District Office at 20512 1st St., until May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111 et seq. Contract documents may be obtained by emailing Liz@DAGK12.com. This project is subject to prevailing wages (Labor Code §§1720 et seq.). All bidders and subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (Labor Code §1725.5). Bid security in an amount of ten percent (10%) is required.
