Notice to Bidders Scotland CI Chiller Project Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on 7/9/2026 in NCDAC Central Engineering, 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27699, Door 4, for the construction of the Scotland CI Chiller Replacement project at which time and place bids will be opened and read. The project includes but is not limited to replacement of two 600-ton centrifugal chillers, new chilled water distribution pumps and updated plant controls. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from the offices of North Carolina Department of Adult Correction-Division of Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance prior to 6/18/2026 (Please send the request to tre.styles@dac.nc.gov). A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on 6/18/2026 at Scotland Correctional Institution, 22385 McGirts Bridge Rd, Laurinburg, NC 28352.
