Notice to Carroll County Taxpayers of Additional Appropriation Notice is hereby given to the tax-payers of Carroll County, Indiana that the Delphi Tri Township Fire Protection Territory Executive Board will meet at the Delphi Fire Station, located at 203 E Main St, Delphi, IN, on Wednesday, October 8,2025 at 5:30pm to consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the 2025 budget: $62,000.00 to Fire Equipment Rescue Equipment Fund #2543001433 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the certified copy of the action taken.
