Notice to Contractors - Request for Bids NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS REQUEST FOR BIDS: Beverly-Grant Inc. as the Construction Manager @ Risk for Asheville ABC Board is seeking construction trade partners and specialty contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and tools for the ABC Renovation project located at 167 Broadway Street Asheville, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The ABC Renovation project will include repurposing approximately 5,000 SF of existing warehouse space and the addition of a vestibule to create a new retail store. Anticipated Start: April 14th, 2026, with 4-months duration. Bid Packages: General Trades: Demolition, Turnkey Sitework/ Stormwater/Site Concrete/Asphalt Paving/Temporary Fencing, Turnkey Concrete, Turnkey Masonry, Structural Steel/Steel Railings/Misc. Steel, Metal Wall Panel System, Storefronts/Glass/Glazing, Automatic Entry Doors, Casework, Luxury Vinyl Tile, ADA Lift, Electrical Systems. Additional Packages may be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Historically underutilized business participation is highly encouraged.
