Notice to Creditors Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby provided that Elsie Nelson, original Settlor of The Elsie Nelson Revocable Trust, dated December 17, 2020, died on July 1, 2025. Notice is also provided that the undersigned is the qualified sole trustee of The Elsie Nelson Revocable Trust. A creditor having a claim against Elsie Nelson and/or against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned, at the address below, within 90 days after the first publication of this Notice.
