Notice to Creditors To the Creditors of and the Claimants against CARMEL ACADEMY: NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to §220 of the New York Education Law (the "Law") that CARMEL ACADEMY (the "School") has been dissolved pursuant to §219 of the Law by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York for and on behalf of the State Education Department. A Dissolution of Charter, dated as of February 11, 2025, has been granted and the School has petitioned the Supreme Court of Westchester County for an order directing the final disposition of any and all remaining property. The petition will be heard at Westchester County Supreme Court, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Room 104, White Plains, NY, before the Hon. Alexandra D. Murphy on October 17, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Failure to present any claims, accounts or demands against the School at such time may result in such claims, accounts and demands being barred against the property of the School and its directors and officers.
