Notice to Creditors IN THE MATTER OF THE CHARLES M. MURPHY INTER-VIVOS TRUST NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Publication) Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the CHARLES M. MURPHY INTER-VIVOS TRUST, dated August 31, 2024, as amended ("Charles M, Murphy Trust"). Charles Matthew Murphy, (also known as Charles M. Murphy and Chuck Murphy), the grantor/trustor/settlor ("grantor") of the Charles M. Murphy Trust, died on July 23, 2025. A creditor having a claim against Charles M. Murphy, the grantor, or the Charles M. Murphy Trust must file a claim with the undersigned trustee at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the date of first publication of this notice. A creditor having a claim against Charles M. Murphy, the grantor and against the Charles M. Murphy Trust must file a claim with the undersigned trustee at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the date of first publication of this notice. All claims must be filed by sending such claim(s) to the undersigned trustee at the address given below within ninety (90) days after first publication of this notice. All claims must contain on the first page of the claim a title stating it is a "Claim Pursuant to NRS 164.025" in a minimum 12-point bold type. Any claim against Charles M.
