Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Helen M. Rivard personally and/or the Helen M. Rivard Living Trust dated 03/22/1978 will forever be banned unless presented to Robert M. Rivard, Successor Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication. Notices is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
