Notice to Creditors To All Creditors: The Grantor, Evelyn Roose, who lived at 16041 Arnold Road, Gregory, Michigan 48137, died September 24, 2025. There is no personal representative of the grantor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Henry and Evelyn Roose Joint Trust dated February 19, 1998, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to RENEE M. SZOBONYA, Trustee, within four months after date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
