Notice to Creditors The Ruth A. Barrese Trust XXX-XX-8650 To All Creditors: The Settlor, Ruth A. Barrese, born on February 17, 1946 who lived at 5149 Northfield Dr. Howell, Michigan 48843, died on October 26, 2025. There is no personal representive of the settlor's estate to whom Letter of Admistration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Ruth A. Barrese personally and/or the Ruth A. Barrese Trust dated 12/29/2006 as amended, will forever be banned unless presented to Glen F. Deslich Successor Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of plublication. Notices is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the person entiled to it.
