Code Ann. § 91-7-145 (2015), to all persons having claims against the Estate of Patricia Alexander Chambliss, Deceased, to present the same to the Clerk of this Court for probate and registration according to the law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they will be forever barred. Failure to have a claim probated and registered by the Clerk of the Court granting the Letters within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this Notice to Creditors will bar such claim as provided in Miss.
