Notice to Creditors TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Donald R. McOscar, of the Donald R. McOscar Trust dated February 19, 2019, died on April 16, 2026. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Donald R.
