Notice to Creditors TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, CAROLE ANNE HORNING, who lived at 6318 Square Lake Dr., Kimball, MI 48074, died April 20, 2026. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Carole A. Horning Trust No. 1 dated January 22, 2004, will be forever barred unless presented to Successor Trustee, Mary K. Rayl, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice. Notice is further given that the Carole A. Horning Trust No. 1 dated January 22, 2024, will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
