Notice to Creditors The John C. Horn and Annel M. Horn Trust xxx-xx-7074 To All Creditors: The Settler, John C Horn, born on November 7, 1938, who lived at 8304 Ida Center Rd. Ida, MI 48140, died on March 25, 2026. There is no personal repesentative of the settlor's estate to whom Letter of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against John C. Horn personally and/or the John C. Horn and Annel M. Horn Trust, dated June 2, 2005, as amended, will forever be banned unless presented to John K. Horn, Successor Trustee, with four (4) months after the date of publication.
