Notice to Creditors, Trust Estate The Settlors, Richard Kish (Date of Birth: 8/15/1943) and Kayoko Kish (Date of Birth: 10/31/1929), who lived at 11849 Belle River Road Memphis, MI 48041 have passed away. Richard Kish passed away on 1/2/2026 and Kayoko Kish passed away on 2/26/2025. There is no personal representative of the Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Adnimistration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against The Kish Revocable Living Trust dated 8/14/2018, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to David Bureau, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
