Notice to Creditors of Trust and Estate of Devon B. Reeves NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DEVON B. REEVES is deceased. The Reeves Family Trust dated March 5, 2007 (the "Trust") was established during the lifetime of Devon B. Reeves. NELDON LYNN REEVES is the currently serving Trustee of the Reeves Family Trust and is also the presumed Personal Representative of the Estate of Devon B. Reeves. Pursuant to Utah Code § 75-7-505 and § 75-3-801 et seq., creditors of the Trust and/or the Estate of Devon B. Reeves are required to present their claims within the later of: (1) Three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice; or (2) Sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of written notice to the creditor. Claims must be presented in writing and delivered to the Trustee or the Trustee's attorney at the address listed below. Claims not timely presented will be forever barred.
