RE: Michael Johnson vs. Jane Harrison, et al.
Docket No: F-000468-25
Dear Owner:
As you are aware, Michael Johnson is currently foreclosing a municipal tax sale certificate. If the tax sale certificate is not redeemed prior to the entry of Final Judgment, you will lose ownership of your property.
If you believe that you have surplus equity to save in your property, you have the absolute right to demand a Sheriff's Sale. If the Sheriff also conducts an internet auction as part of a Sheriff's Sale, you can also request this. You have the right to request the above at any time prior to the entry of Final Judgment. All you have to do is send a letter to the undersigned or to the Court demanding a Sheriff's Sale in this matter. Please ensure that you copy both the undersigned and/or the Court on any such letter.
If you fail to demand a Sheriff's Sale or internet auction, we will proceed to complete this foreclosure as a strict foreclosure without a Sheriff's Sale. If there is no redemption prior to the entry of Final Judgment, the Plaintiff will own the property.
Very truly yours,
RICHARD P. FREEDMAN, ESQUIRE
