Notice to Property Owners Take Notice: The Plumsted Township Land Use Board will hold a public meeting on December 4th 2025 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in Town Hall at 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt NJ 08533. At that time the Land Use Board will consider an applicaion for a renewal of a mining permit submitted by E.M.E. Inc. The permit renewal application seeks permission to continue a mining operation and the previously approved activity on Lot 4, Block 80, Plumsted Township. The Public is invited to attend the scheduled hearing and comment on the applicants request for a renewal of its permits. Documents pertaining to the Land Use Boards consideration must be on file at the Land Use Boards office at 121 Evergreen rd. New Egypt NJ 08533. At least 10 days prior to the scheduled hearing.
