Notice to Proposers - Village of Hastings-on-Hudson The Village of Hastings on Hudson herby invites the submission of sealed proposals, proposals via email, or proposals submitted via BidNet for: Request for Proposals Topographic/Right of Way Survey Proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M. on December 12, 2025 by: Anthony Costantini Village Clerk/Treasurer 7 Maple Avenue Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706 The scope of work includes topographic and property line surveying in the downtown area of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson, and will be made available beginning on Friday, November 21, 2025 online at www.hohny.gov/bids or by sending an email to the Village Clerk/Treasurer at acostantini@hohny.gov. In addition to the above, the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson has partnered with BidNet as part of the Empire State Purchasing Group and will post our bid opportunities and any addendums to this site. As a vendor, you can register with Empire State Purchasing Group and be sure that you see all of the Village's available bids, addendums, and opportunities.
